autorization not respond on netwinder office server 2100

I suspect there is a proxy server between you and your netwinder, and it 
is misconfigured.  There is no "Waiting for welcome message..." anywhere 
in the software on the netwinder, so this message must originate from 
another system.  To further confirm, you can run "netstat" or "tcpdump" 
on the netwinder, it will presumably not show any connection.
