Let's not discuss the issues with Amazon any further it does not help to solve the issue.
We have settled the discussion about whether OpenWRT complies with German regulations. I have an official letter from the Bundesnetzagentur, the authority responsible for these matters, stating that it does not comply. Until we can prove them wrong, this remains the official stance. I have actually spoken to three different officials (Beamte), and they all assured me that there is no room for misinterpretation.
As an attachment you find the important part of the letter. It's in German use ocr and ai to translate it to your language.
