I did send an email to the mailing list with an image of the letter we received from the Bundesnetzagentur. An admin can allow it to be send or I can send it directly to anyone interested.
Best regards
Elias

> We have settled the discussion about whether OpenWRT complies with German regulations. I have an official letter from the Bundesnetzagentur, the authority responsible for these matters, stating that it does not comply. Until we can prove them wrong, this remains the official stance. I have actually spoken to three different officials (Beamte), and they all assured me that there is no room for misinterpretation.
> As an attachment you find the important part of the letter. It's in German use ocr and ai to translate it to your language.

>> So it isn't actual proof thay it is comformant if someone sells it there.

>> For example the CE symbol and Product identifier must be in the product in a "non removable" way to be allowed. If that is now the case then that is already an improvement. If wasn't at the beginning al least. I don't know if that has changed.
