Updated hostap patches.

Hello!

I just rebased my hostap patches.  The entire bundle is compile tested,
but I'm sure there are some breakages in intervening patches.  We'll
do some run-time testing as well.

If there is any chance of getting these accepted upstream, I
will be happy to clean up the patches and make whatever changes
are suggested.

Even getting a subset of these accepted would be nice!
