You've picked a binary that is built against a later version of glibc, 
one with symbol versioning enabled.  This won't work on the older 
netwinder images (eg. officeserver).

Try looking in the dm-3.1-15 directory under pub/netwinder/RPMS.  There 
should be a compatible version of m4 there.
