Officeserver 2100 is based on the dm-3.1 disk image.  You can find 
additional RPM packages that you can install on our FTP mirror sites.
   http://www.netwinder.org/mirrors.html

The specific directory to look in is:
   pub/netwinder/RPMS/dm/3.1-15/
and
   pub/netwinder/armv4l/

For example see:
http://netwinder.osuosl.org/pub/netwinder/RPMS/dm/3.1-15/

These packages can be downloaded and installed with "rpm -i" command as 
root.  You should not have to force any files to install... but one 
package may have dependencies on others which must be installed first.

If you are familiar with RedHat linux then you will note the similarties.
