Actually topic.diff is meaningless,
because your bios setup the TOPIC_SLOT_CONTROL,TOPIC_CARD_DETECT register
properly.

Please add "reserve=0x09000000,0x01000000" and remove "mem=64M"
from your kernel command line
and post the full-dmesg again.
