32-bit pc card cannot be seen

Could you try out a recent kernel, like 2.6.15-rc5 or 2.6.14.3, please?
Do I understand you correctly that this wireless LAN card does not show up
in lspci? Does the boot parameter "pci=assign-busses" (only usable, I think,
with recent kernels) help?
