Trouble whith TI PCI1620 cardbus resp. Compaq WL110 Wireless PC-Card

Hello,

I had some trouble with this cardbus, but i changed
/etc/pcmcia/config.options by using the memory range, which i found in
MS Windows.
Now it recognizes the PC-card when inserted, but i am not able to use it
and no light comes on.
When i start the cardmgr and insert the card i get this:

I was thinking about the power apply problem and tried setpci but since
i am not familiar to this, i dont know how to use that in the right
way. I just got this:

I am using this Machine:
Notebook: HP Compaq NX9105  
Cardbus: TI PCI1620 
PC-Card: Compaq WL110 Wireless
OS: SuSE 9.2 prof with kernel 2.6.8.-24.14
  
It would be great, if sombody may help me with my problem, i had a lot
of looking arround with google, but i couldn't solve it by myself.
