[PATCH 013/228] cpufreq: acpi-cpufreq: use cpufreq_table_validate_and_show()

Lets use cpufreq_table_validate_and_show() instead of calling
cpufreq_frequency_table_cpuinfo() and cpufreq_frequency_table_get_attr().
