[PATCH] ARM: lpc32xx: Use CLKDEV_INIT for creating clk_lookup instance

A common macro CLKDEV_INIT was added for creating clk_lookup
instance in include/linux/clkdev.h. So replace _REGISTER_CLOCK macro
with CLKDEV_INIT.
