[PATCH] imx: add polled io uart methods

Hi,

Ive updated the patch to be signed of, and be based on the right tree.

In regards to Fabio's question, yes, I had tried kgdb with this patch applied,
and it seemed to work fine.

Sorry about the delay in the updated patch, please let me know if there are any
other changes that need to be made.
