[PATCH v3] ARM: add QQ2440 machine architecture

QQ2440 is an ARM based development board. It is commonly found together
with LCD displays but mine was not so I am not able to support them yet.
Network support is added by another patch posted to netdev.

This patch applies cleanly to 2.6.38.

Following suggestions of Jamie, I removed the redundant NULL
initialization of static data and used gpio_request_one() instead of
the separated gpio_request() and gpio_direction_output().

I didn't modify the UDC pullup code, which would otherwise depend on
Greg's tree. I'll do anyway as soon as mainline gets it.

The networking part has been already picked by davem, it is in the
net-next-2.6 tree.
