QQ2440 is a ARM based development board. It is commonly found together
with LCD displays but mine was not so I am not able to support it yet.
Network support is added by another patch.
This patch applies cleanly to 2.6.38-rc8.

I'm not sure how to manage the dependency of patch to CS89x0 network
driver, it would build only if this patch is already applied but how
to enforce it? BTW that is a networking patch so it has to be reviewed
by netdev people.
