BTW, as per last time's discussion, we should keep the library
name of 1.0.x release to keep compatibility with existing
version of libusb-1.0.x, right. I almost wrote libusbx-1.0.dll
in the above email but changed it back to libusb-1.0.dll.

Are we going to change the library name in the future for
1.1.x or 2.0.x or 3.0.x?
