firmware-utils: add support for ZyXEL ZLD firmware

This commit adds a tool for extracting and creating firmware archives for:
    - ZyXEL NWA5121-N
    - ZyXEL NWA5121-NI
    - ZyXEL NWA5123-NI
    - ZyXEL NWA5123-AC
    - ZyXEL NWA5301
    - ZyXEL NWA3560N v2
    - ZyXEL WAC6100
    - ZyXEL WAC6500

    And maybe others...
