FT in combination with WPA/EAP supported ?

I'd need to see a wpa_supplicant debug log showing the initial
connection and that failing attempt to use FT-over-DS to determine what
exactly happened, but it sounds like the initial connection did not use
FT and the local configuration allowed non-FT connection to be used as
well.
