rewrite RADIUS_ATTR_USER_PASSWORD

Hello,
at this point in the code 
(https://w1.fi/cgit/hostap/tree/src/ap/ieee802_11_auth.c#n129) the 
radius request is assembled, especially the RADIUS_ATTR_USER_PASSWORD 
attribute. but i don't understand why here the MAC address of the client 
is transmitted as password. is it possible from the data situation at 
this point to get the PSK entered by the user?
