Fedora 18, how do I get nl80211 or cfg80211 driver ?

nl80211 is not  a kernel module, its part of cfg80211 kernel module.

i dont have a FC18, so can  you share the lspci and dmesg outputs.
Is the modules there (or) it fails to load?
