Broadcast issue

Hi all,
I?ve configured a computer with Ubuntu to act as an AP with hostapd. The AP
is configured with a bridge br0. I?ve connected another computer via wifi
to the AP.
A textual representation of the setup:
(computerA) ---- wifi ---- (computerB: AP + br0) === lan === (computerC)
Now to my problem. When computerA sends out an ARP request it can be seen
at computerC. But when computerC sends out an ARP request it cannot be seen
at computerA. It seems that broadcast is only working in one direction.
Does anybody have a clue why it behaves like this?
Specs:
D-Link dwl-g122 (rev. C1) [Ralink rt73]
Ubuntu 10.04 (kernel 2.6.32)
hostapd 0.6.9
Configs:
The bridge br0 is configured with interfaces eth0 and wlan0.
hostapd.conf looks like:
interface=wlan0
bridge=br0
driver=nl80211
ssid=test
channel=6
Thanks in advance!
