[P2P] p2p_peer oper_freq update on group formation/termination

Hi,

I would like to ask you one thing regarding the operating frequency
value. The p2p_peer command shows that oper_freq is 0 right before the
first P2P Group formation for both peers attempting to connect (two
devices scenario). I noticed oper_freq is not being updated neither
after group formation for the client, nor after group termination for
both GO and client. Is that correct? Should oper_freq not be zeroed
for peers who are not in P2P Group anymore?
