Session overlap of WPS PBC

Hi,

I have one question about the session overlap process of WPS.
I have two clients with PBC, First I push the clients button one by one, the
interval is 10 seconds, then I push the AP's button.
Then one of the client can associate with the AP, the other client cannot
associate the AP.

But according the WiFi-Protected Setup Specification, the AP must report a
session overlap error.

I want to know how the hostapd handle this, and does hostapd support the
overlap process?
