Hello
Problem description: while starting the WLAN device, i am getting the
"ioctl[SIOCSIWPMKSA]: Invalid argument " error message. The
wpa_supplicant starting to scan for networks and try to connect to my
accesspoint. This leads to an success but in 1 of 10 attemps. In 9
trys i'am unable to connect... If iam connected successfully a wrong
Mac-Adress will be submited but networking works well...
If trying to debug this but i was unable to solve the problem
the wpa_supplicant hangs during the assosiation. if i'am using wpa_cli
i get "<2>Associated with 00:0f:b5:a5:09:8a" everytime.
this problem starts with upgrading the ndiswrapper from 1.47 to 1.50.
But i'am unable to downgrade cause the 2.6.23 - kernel doesn't support
this old ndiswrapper...
the windows driver of the "Intersil Corporation ISL3886 [Prism
Javelin/Prism Xbow]" (called PRISM00A) makes trouble from the first
day i used them (randoumusly disconnects ...) but i dont get someone
else so i am force to use them...
is there eny way to get the wpa_supplicant more "speakly" to get
further information about what is going wrong
any suggestions?
