Git clone issue

I really doubt that .. because, i tried acessing the link from my web
browser and I am able to browse the repository.. and google results
also show few others who have had this issue.. I guess it either
involves me running a old version of git (but am running 1.5.4) .. or
maybe the repository needs to be updated by running
git-update-server-info .. as suggested by git.
