wpa_cli event handling

Hi

I'd like to register my interest (and that of Michael Renzmann)  in the 
proposed changes mentioned in the following thread:-

The export of an identification string would be advantogious in 
integrating a wpa_cli action script in with ifupdown, as discussed in 
the following dialog:-

(As I have arrived late on the scene, and only receive the daily digest,
