[PATCH] adding log-file and syslog support to wpa_supplicant

Hi Jouni!

The attached patch adds log-file and syslog support to wpa_supplicant in the 
form of two new command line options.

-l <logfile name>   to have wpa_supplicant save all messages in a file
-s   to have wpa_supplicant write all messages to the system log

If either one is specified, nothing will be printed to stdout anymore.
If both are specified messages will be written to the system log as well as to 
the log file.
If neither is specified, behaviour is just like it used to be and everything is 
written to stdout.
