Example implementation of SIOCSIWPMKSA?

Hi,

I've noticed that neither the hostap-driver nor the ipw2x00 drivers
implement the SIOCSIWPMKSA ioctl of WE-18+, yet wpa_supplicant still
tries to use it.

Are there any driver(s) out there implementing SIOCSIWPMKSA which can be
used as a reference for implementing this ioctl in other drivers?
