hostapd mixing EAP ids

This really happens very rarely, and I was not able to reproduce it so far. 
Usually the first authentication goes in ok, but later during a reauth the 
thing locks up. Interestingly in some occasions, after a couple of hours, 
the problem goes away and the user authenticates again. Of course if you 
restart hostapd, the problem goes away immediately.
