Hello,
i am using hostap + wpa_supplicant (0.3.8)
STA firmware is 1.7.4
The AP is configured to: WPA-PSK with TKIP.
ssid "seclan" is broadcasted.
I set "iwconfig wlan0 essid "seclan"
/usr/sbin/wpa_supplicant -w -i wifi0 -d -c /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf
Kernel is 2.6.14
the config includes:
ctrl_interface=/var/run/wpa_supplicant
ctrl_interface_group=0
#eapol_version=1
#ap_scan=0
network={
ssid="seclan"
scan_ssid=1
key_mgmt=WPA-PSK
proto=WPA
pairwise=TKIP
group=TKIP
psk=aaf189c326f0a3f9813fc089955027868fb6f33ae647985d591d6b6b637283a5
}
and a debug output looks like:
Scan SSID - hexdump_ascii(len=6):
73 65 63 6c 61 6e seclan
Wireless event: cmd=0x8b19 len=8
