I've disabled wzcsvc on WinXP SP2. I'm using a Cisco 340 client.
This is my config:
ap_scan=2
network={
identity="foo"
password="bar"
ssid="ssid"
scan_ssid=1
auth_alg=OPEN
ket_mgmt=IEEE8021X
group=WEP104
eap=PEAP
phase1="peapver=0"
phase2="auth=MSCHAPv2"
eapol_flags=3
}
In debug mode I get:
Setting scan request: 0 sec 0usec
Trying to associate with SSID 'ssid'
Cancelling scan request
Automatic auth_alg selection: 0x1
Overriding auth_alg selection: 0x1
No keys have been configured - skip key clearing
ndis_set_oid: oid=0xd010119 len (4) failed
NDIS: Failed to set OID_802_11_PRIVACY_FILTER (0)
Setting authentication timeout: 5 sec 0 usec
EAPOL: External notification - portControl=Auto
ndis_get_oid: oid=xd010101 len (6) failed

thanks, josh.
