Could you please re-test with a current version (0.1.3 or 0.2.2) of the
driver? I do not have resources for debugging old 0.0.x versions and I
highly recommend that people upgrade to current versions because of many
bug fixes that has been done for 0.1.x and 0.2.x branches.

Which you will need to send to make it possible for people to debug
this. In addition, you will need to resolve the addresses in the back
