History File Not Updated

Hi Chris,
The History file gets updated after GiP determines the download has fully completed (the same time as it removes .partial from the filename). If a download stalls and fails it won't be added to the History file. As the files you had to delete were still .partial files, GiP knew they were not successful so they were not added to the History.
