one radio program in a series causes ffmpeg to throw an error - is this unusual?

I just got_iplayer'd that programme OK here, perhaps your version of
FFMPEG is a bit old? It is from 2011 after all, and whilst mine ain't
cutting edge it didn't have problems. I am on v0.11.1 from 2012 -
probably best I get it updated too.
