one radio program in a series causes ffmpeg to throw an error - is this unusual?

Not get_iplayer as such, but an issue with what it's grabbing.

Trying to get 25 years of rock, 1959.  ffmpeg hiccups.  Not seen this on any other program (something at the BBC end presumably) but ffmpeg is telling me to use an option that then doesn't appear to exist - unless I've got two versions floating around on my system ...  Any suggestions
