I have Win 8.1 Pro 64-bit and IE 11.0.9600.16384

Chrome is set as my default browser - I only use IE for Quidco and
haven't changed any IE settings from defaults
Launching from the Start Menu (I have Start8 installed) starts the Web
PVR Manager script and http://localhost:1935/ opens in Chrome
I then opened C:\Program Files (x86)\get_iplayer\pvr_manager.url
directly in IE (desktop) and it loads http://localhost:1935/
successfully without any warning or error
I can't seem to find a Metro version of IE... Only the desktop version...
