It is harmless.  This happens when "smart" quotes, em-dashes, etc., are 
embedded in the description text as character entities.  They get 
decoded into UTF-8, but the --info display code doesn't expect UTF-8, so 
you get the warning.

"Wide character in print" message is unrelated to rtmpdump errors.
