Request for help to upgrade get_iplayer

Hi

I'm currently running get_iplayer on windows XP, using the Web PVR.
This is working surprising well for me, but I notice that some posts
have referred to an update to RTMP & a patch get_iplayer.

The last time there was a problem that meant the perl file needed
editing I managed that, but would really appreciate a dummies guide to
applying these two latest changes.
