How do I configure *Web PVR Manager*?

OK, I've managed to improve the definition  by deleting the existing list 
and inserting the following into
*Recording > Recording Modes*:

flashhd,flashvhigh,flashhigh,flashstd,flashnormal


I got a 1.02 GB file for an hour long play (Pulse) which was just what I 
wanted.

(Thanks to David for his help!).

I also managed to record a whole series - *The story of Science*
I am not sure how I achieved this though...:-((


I need to permanently eliminate a _lot_ of programs I will never want, such 
as Eastenders, Cash in the Attic, Flog It etc. etc.
How do I do this?

I physically __cannot__ use the CMD interface, but I am OK with the Web PVR 
Manager from the point of view of seeing what I am doing, I just need to 
understand a lot better _how_.

Is there a tutorial I can access, or do I need to keep making a nuisance of 
myself to you nice people?
