[PATCH 14/27] serial: pxa: provide the Linux console name

Without linux_console_name console_set_stdoutpath() returns early and
never creates global.linux.bootargs.console, so the console= option has
to be passed to Linux manually. The PXA UARTs are ttyS in Linux.
No linux_earlycon_name is set as the Linux PXA UART driver does not
register an earlycon.
