[PATCH 17/27] ARM: pxa: let the board select the SoC

The PXA port had a user visible "PXA Processor" choice to pick the SoC,
independently of the board being built. That is the last remnant of the
one-SoC-per-build era and does not scale to multiple boards.

Make the SoC symbols invisible and have the board select them instead,
like all other ARM architectures do. Also add the PXA300 and PXA310
symbols, which had no equivalent in the choice.
