[PATCH 6/9] sandbox: retire HAVE_ARCH_ASAN

For non-sandbox platforms, the config option is CONFIG_KASAN, so there
will not be any further platforms make using of HAVE_ARCH_ASAN.

Replace it by SANDBOX instead.
