[PATCH] net: smc911x: Add parsing devicetree options

This patch adds parsing basic devicetree options for the smc911x driver:
reg-io-width, reg-shift and smsc,force-(in/ex)ternal-phy, which makes
driver usable for most DTS-based boards.
