Subject: [PATCH] wireless-regdb: Update regulatory rules for Brazil (BR) on
6GHz
Change rules for 6GHz in Brazil, removing `NO-IR` and adding
`AUTO-BW` so the 6GHz band can be used.
Add the relevant normative in comments.
