SpeedTouch reset.

My SpeedTouch 330 lost line sync yesterday and had to be reset.
Unloading and reloading the driver didn't work -- it needed to be
completely reset, and unfortunately I don't know how to do that except
by rebooting the computer, which seems to power cycle the USB ports too.

That sucks a bit since this machine is also my telephone exchange -- is
there anything more we could do to reset it, so that we have to reload
the firmware etc.?
