[Pcsclite-muscle] New version of pcsc-lite: 2.1.0

Hello,

I just released a new version 2.1.0 of pcsc-lite.

This version adds support of LIBPCSCLITE_DELEGATE to ease the
development and use of RDP servers on GNU/Linux.
You can find more details in my blog articles.

- LIBPCSCLITE_DELEGATE is used to redirect to another libpcsclite library
- setup_spy.sh displays the LIBPCSCLITE_DELEGATE value to use for spying
- provides libfake.c as a sample source code
