I think devel- is a open for all mailing list. The spam filter on our
mailing is working much better than the version on Freescout or much
less people spam our mailing list. If we still have the same spam volume
as on Freescout it would be very bad.
If you use the replay-to-all others should know if someone answered and
what was answered.

It is also fine with me if we do not do the Freescout migration or do it
later or differently.
