As I'm generally in favor of this idea, I still see a problem with
outgoing e-mails handling (replies to messages sent to contact@ and abuse@).
AFAIR, freescout was supposed to help us handle that (everybody can
answer and the sent out answer is visible for all members) but lack of
time/interest/you name it and other issues got us back to same situation
as before.
Maybe this should be first discussed during the team meeting?
