OpenConnect as a non-root user.

HI,
I followed the steps and launched openConnect to connect to my VPNServer.
I got the error "Failed to bind localTun devices (TUNSETIFF)" .
Operation not permitted. Openconnect must be running as a root user.

My ultimate goal is to launch openconnect from C++ code using system
command as a non-root user.
I believe that people must have used openConnect with user name
password supplied as an argument or username passowrd information
buried in a script which will be passed as an argument.

Please let me know how do I achieve this?
