[PATCH 3/3] arm64: dts: rockchip: Add icm42607p IMU for RG-DS

Add the Invensense ICM42607P IMU for the Anbernic RG-DS. Mount-matrix
was tested with iio-sensor-proxy and reports correct orientation.
