Split this up into 2 seperate patches;
  - Generify driver i.e. rk808 => rk8xx
  - Add support for RK818

It wasn't "found".  The device hasn't been probed.  You are assuming
this device is connected because that's what the DT says.  Only print
these types of dev_info() prints when you have actually talked to the
device and confirmed it's presence.
